KK's Bow-tique goes to Disney!

Chaney & Kinsley went to Disney World in November and took KK's bows with them!!  Their mom, Holly, spent a LOT of time making them ADORABLE outfits to wear every day.  So, we matched some bows with them.  I bought the ribbons and everything specifically for these girls
...that's what KK's can do for you... CUSTOMIZE!!!

Princess bows:
 Belle Bow:

Yellow grosgrain wrapped with yellow sequins, satin yellow polka dots, see through yellow with polka dots, Belle bottle cap. Big sister gets a bit more bling.

Sleeping Beauty Bow:
Pink grosgrain wrapped with light pink double ruffle ribbon, small loops with sequins, "Pretty as a Princess," satin pink with white polka dots, Sleeping Beauty bottle cap. Less bling, but more ruffles!

 Minnie Bow:

This red ribbon with the large white polka dots was SO hard to find.  But, I searched and searched until I found it on eBay.  It only came in 7/8th size, so I had to use it in the middle.
But the other ribbon I found is AWESOME.
I have some other red/yellow Mickey ribbon and zebra, but this bow needed to match 2 outfits.

C's bow:
Black grosgrain 3 loops, black/white see through wire ribbon 2 loops, red/white boutique bow, wrapped with black/white polka dots.
K's bow:
Black and red grosgrain pieces (3 pieces cut into angles so it weights less and stays in her hair), black/white see through wire ribbon 1 loop, red/white boutique bow, wrapped in black/white polka dots.
Thanks girls for giving KK's the opportunity to live vicariously through you!!!!

Headbands

So, I've been making the soft ribbon headbands for a while.  Remember, these are the ones that have velcro on the bottom and cinch in the back...they REALLY stay put!!!  You can choose any ribbon (zebra is a fave!).

BUT, with the newest headband trend, I decided to try my hand at one with feathers.  Here's what I came up with.  I LOVE LOVE LOVE it.
This one was very narrow and I couldnt find a solid brown ribbon that was thick enough to do 1 strand, so I had to wrap it.  It would look better w/ 1 solid piece, but that's ok.

So, I have ordered a TON more plain white headbands to decorate!!  My plan is to make them w/ 1 strip of ribbon to cover the band and then add a loop.  In this loop, you can add any bow, flower, or feathers as needed!  Or, I can add them for you.  I have more examples to show...so those will come later!
LOVE

Headband w/ loop to add bow:  $4
Headband w/ feathers, bow, flower:  $8-$12

TIRED and sweaty...this was taken around 8 AM)

(AKA-styrofoam balls w/ panty hose covering them-stuck with a skwer in a vase
with zebra striped aquarium rocks.  Pretty creative if I do say so myself!)

Another bucket of flowers and head model
(I LOVED this combination:  light tan beanie w/ a blue flower!)

My REAL head model.  She wore this all day!

Table with crochet bands, crochet beanies, zebra bow holder and
HEADBANDS for youth & adults:  They have velcro on the underside to stick to your hair.  These have the LOOK of a scarf, but they do not slide back!!!  They have a thing in the back to cinch them to your head!  They work GREAT for sports (hair in ponytail, but still hold back the wispies), dance, or just to be SUPER cute!  M had one on all day (with the flower clipped on) and we sold a LOT of them!!  They are only $5!!

The table in the back w/ the gift sets and flip flops
